Flex Football: Designed by NFL players to replicate the NFL practice regimen, Flex Football focuses on technique and an understanding of the game in a fast paced, limited contact environment where hands-first blocking is allowed.

Played 9-on-9, Flex improves skill positions players as well as linemen –and is the safest, most complete, limited contact option available for offseason tackle programs.

Season Overview: 7 Games plus end of season tournament. (8 games guaranteed)

Practice Guidelines: Determined by Coach

Age Divisions: Divisions are age-based, and are determined by the age the child is August 1, 2022.

Shorts / Athletic Pants (with no pockets) *Mandatory*
Rocksolid or similar Soft Shell Helmet and Soft Shoulder Pads *Mandatory*
Mouth Guard *Mandatory*
Water Bottle
Cleats (Soccer Cleats work great and come in fun colors)

We will have a gate fee at our turf facility of $3 for spectators. Children 14 & under get in free! I hope you will join us!
