5v5 Flag Football provides the safest and most effective way for boys and girls to play the sport. Flag Football offers a fun, safe, and competitive experience for boys and girls at every age and skill level. Ages (4-14).

Season Start Date: 03/24/23 End Date: 5/19/23

Season Overview: 7 Games plus end of season tournament. (9 games guaranteed)

Practice Guidelines: Practice typically 1 hour before games, but may have Mid-week practice determined by the coach.

Age Divisions: Divisions are age-based, and are determined by the age the child is August 1st, 2023.

Starting this Spring, we will have a weekly skills & development program for ages 4 & under. This will take place from 8-9am each Saturday during the season alongside our flag games. We have built out a curriculum for these young players to begin understanding the game of football and learning their role in it. We will build skills along the way to get them ready to compete in real flag games once they are of age! The program starts slow with the very basics, but by the end of the season we will have them competing in some scrimmages and gameplay!

Competitive(D1) vs Recreational(D2)

We will have a competitive split for each division. The rules and season timeline are exactly the same. Please choose accordingly:

Competitive(D1):

Mostly pre-existing teams
Experienced players
Winning focus
Division winners receive bonus prizes

Recreational(D2):

Recommended to new players
Inclusive to all player skill levels and abilities
Some pre-existing teams
Higher focus on development, rather than wins
